I am Nestor Songolo Kyanza. I am studying personnel management at the Institut Sup\u00e9rieur of Informatics and Business Studies in Kindu in the Democratic Repulic of the Congo. Right now, I am in the second year of my masters course.<\/p>\n
I am a full-time student. Alongside my studies, I am working at a brick project together with my team \u2013 we form, burn and finally sell the bricks to merchants or organizations. This project was initiated by Studies Without Borders and I have become its supervisor. I am working there for two hours a week. The team consists of five students, who are sponsored by Studies Without Borders: Ir\u00e8ne, Tceusi, Venant and Elias.<\/p>\n
I also want to tell you that I was a teenager without any perspective, although my home county has much potential. But thanks to SWB, I am now one of the most aspiring young people in the region or even in the whole country.<\/p>\n
In my free time, I am interested in music and another project about regulation and prevention of conflicts. We especially deal with the prevention of political crises.<\/p>\n
